Year End Update

2009 has been an interesting year, with 2010 looking even more exciting. Our first goal with this newsletter is to thank our valued customers for the work we have done together in the past, and express our best wishes in the year ahead.

Another goal for the newsletter is to discuss our new website (www.capris.com) in addition to new capabilities and services available to our important customers: Web Development, Managed Hosting, Disaster Recovery and Software as a Service.

We are expanding our Data Centre and Business Continuity facility! We are now pre-booking for clients who will need to grow their IT footprint OR examine emergency office facilities to support their Business Continuity Planning.

Also see our website to sign up for our Exchange 2010 trial planned for early next year.

Capris designs and manages custom solutions to meet the specific needs of our longstanding customers. The challenge with one-size fits all hosting solutions is that they rarely provide what the customer needs. Customers can be forced to mold their business processes to fit a standard solution, continue to support components or manage multiple vendors to create their ideal solution.

The Capris difference starts with the initial discovery session where we understand our customers business need, from infrastructure design to applications and the service levels required run trouble free.
