Year End Update

2009 has been an interesting year, with 2010 looking even more exciting. Our first goal with this newsletter is to thank our valued customers for the work we have done together in the past, and express our best wishes in the year ahead.

Another goal for the newsletter is to discuss our new website (www.capris.com) in addition to new capabilities and services available to our important customers: Web Development, Managed Hosting, Disaster Recovery and Software as a Service.

We are expanding our Data Centre and Business Continuity facility! We are now pre-booking for clients who will need to grow their IT footprint OR examine emergency office facilities to support their Business Continuity Planning.

	Remote Backup and Restore Our Managed Backup and Restore provides an automated service to securely back up your remote servers in the Capris Data Centre. In case of a local disaster, backups can be remotely presented to recover your environment.
	Primary or Secondary Failover Environment Where remote backup is not enough, Capris can engineer a redundant production environment for critical systems within the Capris Data Centre. The Capris business continuity centre provided our customers with a fully functioning emergency office environment for key staff where their home office is offline. Offered on a shared or dedicated basis, The shared model offers economic benefits while managing demand risk by careful attention to customer office locations. Our dedicated model fully allocates workspace and facility to those customers with additional customization options available including floor to ceiling partitions with locked doors. Our emergency office facility has all of the shared amenities an office requires such as meeting space and kitchen facilities to ensure a comfortable experience.
